Our all purpose stir fry sauce adds depth and balance to your favourite stir fry dishes, with aromatic flavours of garlic, ginger, white pepper and star anise. It pairs perfectly with soy-forward dishes and can be used in stir-fries, noodles and fried rice, or as a marinade or glaze. Combine all ingredients in a jar, seal tightly and shake well until the cornflour and maple syrup or honey is fully dissolved. Shake well before every use. Add to your favourite stir fry dishes, noodles and fried rice.
Keep refrigerated and use within 4 weeks. Makes 300ml.
