Place Meat Rub Spice into a bowl and coat each side of the meat.
Heat up skillet or BBQ to medium to high heat, drizzle steaks with oil and cook to your liking.
Leave the steak to rest for 5 minutes and serve.
To serve
The Melbourne Coffee Meat Rub is also delicious on chicken, lamb and beef.

Used this rub a few times now and it’s certainly delicious on steak done on the BBQ or in the frypan. I’ve even given it to some international visitors to take home with them.
