4 Porterhouse steaks or meat of your choosing
4 tbsp Gewürzhaus Melbourne Coffee Meat Rub
1 tbsp olive oil
Pat the meat dry with kitchen towel.
Place Meat Rub Spice into a bowl and coat each side of the meat.
Heat up skillet or BBQ to medium to high heat, drizzle steaks with oil and cook to your liking.
Leave the steak to rest for 5 minutes and serve.
The Melbourne Coffee Meat Rub is also delicious on chicken, lamb and beef.
