- Roast a traditional Provençal chicken or turkey by combining 2 tbsp of blend with 50mL olive oil and 60g softened butter, and rubbing over the bird. Roast until golden, fragrant and cooked through.
- Mix with oil and use as a marinade for meats and fish, or sprinkle 1 tsp over roasting vegetables, fish or lamb chops before they hit the oven.
- Also delicious when added to omelettes, ratatouille, vinaigrettes, or focaccia dough.

FAQs
Culinary lavender is absolutely edible. It's a classic in French Provençal cooking and adds a beautiful floral note when used sparingly, as in this blend.
We add orange peel and raspberry leaf for a brighter, more aromatic profile while keeping the classic lavender-thyme backbone.
Roast chicken, lamb, ratatouille, baked fish and any dishes calling for herbaceous French flavour.
