Flavour fish without overpowering its natural sweetness. Mix one part blend to three parts olive oil and generously coat fish fillets before baking or pan-frying.
Cut slits into the flesh of a whole fish and push the marinade into the gaps to infuse flavour into the flesh. To prevent the spice from burning, pan-fry or grill on medium heat, or cover with foil when oven baking.
Also delicious added to a batter for crisp fried fish or in a fish stew.
