Staying healthy with real food – that’s what Immunity Blend about. This blend is packed full of immune-supporting ingredients such as high-grade garlic, ginger, turmeric, clove and cayenne, helping you to fight off colds and infections throughout the year.

Add ½ to 1 tsp to soups, stocks, casseroles and sauces towards the end of cooking. Or brew up some ‘Immuni-tea’ by mixing ½ tsp of spice with 1 tbsp of lemon juice into a mug of boiled water. Sweeten with 1 tsp of honey, if desired.

Great favour boost

I happened to pick this up by chance one day while in your Strand Arcade shop in Sydney. I now put it in nearly all our casserole type dishes and it gives a real flavour boost and it is good for us too.

Healthy and Delicious!

This blend tastes as good as it makes you feel. I find myself adding it to everything from soups and broths to savoury scones and pie crusts. It makes the best omelettes! It’s a quick way to add lots of flavour, plus it’s packed with goodness!
