Garlic Lovers’ Spice is versatile and easy to use. Used as a quick substitute for any recipe calling for garlic, this spice blend will lift the flavours of white sauces, giving them an extra kick. This dried garlic blend is creamier and less astringent than fresh garlic.

To make garlic butter, simply mix soft butter and Garlic Lovers’ Spice together. Also great in mashed potato (add 1 tsp of spice when mashing).

Love it!

I love this spice! I have used it in a lot of things. Ive made a garlic butter (for bread, steak etc), I now put it in mashed potatoes and have made quite a few garlic pizzas which were a perfect accompaniment to homemade pumpkin soup. It is my new favourite.

Unbelievable

Have added this to lots of dishes, but this Garlic Spice takes lamb shanks to a whole new level, I mixed quite a few spices whic sounds like overload
